Appreciating the leisure I have to make breakfast for my family before I leave. Inspired by Hotel Okura’s french toast recipe, which the breads are soaked for 24 hours (at least 12 hours; flip side every 8 hours), pan fry the bread until both sides are brown, then bake in the oven at low heat for approx 5-10 mins! 😋
